In 2019, we carried out an assessment survey mainly focused on understanding the degree of employability of Creators in Africa, and data proved the age-long assertion that close to 97% of Creators don't have the sufficient skills required to keep them in jobs or help them sustain other opportunities available today; our responses and actions since this discovery has been to design and partner initiatives building solutions to address this gap.
We believe that making opportunities accessible to everyone is the quickest approach to introducing as many creators to relevant skills applicable in the future of work, as well as help them get a thorough grasp of “Work” as we now know it - understanding its evolution and the essence of picking up new skills so as to be best fits for jobs available today.
The Jobberman Soft Skills Training program is designed to do this and we are pleased to partner, to bring these trainings and opportunities to 400,000 Creators in Africa over the next 6 months.
